As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and aligning the technology infrastructure of our organization with its strategic goals and objectives. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the architecture of our enterprise systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting the businesss growth and innovation. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external partners, to define and execute a technology strategy that optimizes our systems and processes.
What you will do
Architectural Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with the businesss long-term objectives. Define technology roadmaps and blueprints to guide system development and integration. 20% Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into architectural requirements. Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions meet business goals. 20% Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements. Make recommendations on the adoption of technologies that align with the enterprises strategic vision. 10% Security and Compliance: Ensure that enterprise architecture is designed with security and compliance in mind. Implement best practices for data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements. 10% Scalability and Performance: Design systems that can scale to meet the organizations growth demands. Optimize the performance of existing systems and make recommendations for improvements. 5% Integration and Interoperability: Ensure that various IT systems and applications can seamlessly communicate and work together. Implement integration strategies and standards to minimize data silos. 10% Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and standards. Communicate architectural decisions and principles to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5% Change Management: Provide guidance and support during the implementation of new systems and architectural changes. Education Qualifications Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems or a related study desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience preferred.
Experience Qualifications Typically 12+ years in a high influence technical, product management or consultative role driving strategic architecture across large enterprises required
