One-liner about this role: Responsible for driving the success of SEO and content projects for our SaaS clients.

Job type : Full-time; On-site (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with 3-4 SaaS brands end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Web Development, Design, and Analytics) to facilitate growth.

• Focus on revenue-oriented KPIs (SQLs, SALs, Demos) rather than clicks and impressions, prioritising metrics that lead to business outcomes.

• Initiate impactful SEO actions such as keyword research, content auditing, conversion analysis, technical audits, and customer journey analysis.

• Develop and present effective SaaS SEO strategies and scalable opportunities to enhance revenue-oriented results for clients.

• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to implement UX enhancements based on SEO insights, ensuring seamless navigation and improved conversion rates on client websites.

• Maintain a detailed project tracker to provide complete visibility to clients on priorities for the day, week, and month.

• Hands-on with various SEO and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, CRMs and additional AI-based tech stacks) to track performance metrics, generate reports, and gain insights into website health and ranking improvements.

• Create traffic and lead projections and craft detailed goals, tracking them over time.

• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that provide detailed insights and validate the strategies implemented.

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and technologies to continually refine and enhance strategies.

About You:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SEO, including 12+ months in a client-facing role.

• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients. You can clearly articulate the impact of our work on each brand s business and the importance of the services delivered.

• You have strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise SEO strategies effectively.

• You demonstrate strong project management skills, handling multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.

• You possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing challenges and identifying new opportunities for clients.

• You can adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, managing client expectations while delivering high-quality results.

• Experience working for an SEO agency is a plus.
