We are looking for Immediate Hiring.
Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Call & speak to travellers who submit enquiries on our website about their travel plans
2. Ask for their travel requirements and update the enquiry form on our system
3. Explain about the features and benefits of using TripCrafters.com
4. Each call lasts for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Communicate with travellers via email regarding their travel plans
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
2. Ability and willingness to learn quickly. Good team player
3. Good computer knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel)
Salary and Incentives
Rs. 16,000 + Quarterly incentive plan
Please note: Not target based
