Assistant Manager - Design (LT, PCC, MCC, APFC, Distribution Panels)

Skills Required:

• General Arrangement Drawings.
• Single Line Diagram.
• Power Diagram (Multi Line Diagram).
• Schematic Control Wiring Diagram
• Design of PCC, MCC, APFC, Distribution Panels, AMF Panels, VFD Panels.
• Design of Meter Boards & Rising Mains, Control Desk.
• Design of Mimic Panel.
• Design of Main L.T. Panels (PLC based interlocking, Synchronization, El Interlocking)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Inquiry Attending

• Customize inquiries attending & record maintaining
• Specification review

2. Drawing Preparation of Solution and Component

• Customize solution drawing preparation in ARES 2D software
• Sharing customize solution drawing to sales for customer approval
• New component drawing preparation in 2D/ 3D software

3. Customize solution BOM

• BOM Preparation of customize solutions after drawing approval from sales/customer
• FG LN article Generation and Sharing FG article details to sales and record maintaining

4. Prototype Preparation

• Getting PRO order from Planning team for prototype requirement against new customize solution booking
• Submitting the PRO order to store team to get the Kit

5. Manufacturing Drawing Set Preparation and releasing

• Manufacturing drawing set preparation and getting reviewed from vertical head
• Releasing manufacturing drawing set to all concern department like production, quality, purchase etc

6. Data Recording & Team Management

• Maintain Inquiry history with all relevant steps till order conversion
• Achieving individual and team KRA as set from HOD.
