Multi-Skilled Technician

Multi-Skilled Technician - The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational and maintenance , carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general facility upkeep. This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet operational and safety standards.
• Respond to breakdowns and service requests efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Install, test, and calibrate machinery and equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports and service logs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist in facility upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Provide technical support to other departments when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma/ITI EEE/Electrical, technical certification or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance or technical roles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work by extending the timing and respond to emergency calls if required.
• Basic ability to maintain softcopy of the records
