Associate Manager (Instructional Designing)

Leadership Team Management
oLead, mentor, and manage a team of instructional designers and graphic designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of learning solutions.
oProvide guidance, feedback, and support to instructional designers to enhance their skills and career growth.
oFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment that promotes creativity in learning design.
Instructional Design Development:
oOversee the design, development, and implementation of learning content (synchronous and asynchronous learning)
oCollaborate with SMEs to gather content and other input materials that meet business needs and address knowledge gaps.
oEnsure the instructional content is pedagogically sound, learner-centric, and aligned with industry best practices.
oEffectively use tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise and Camtasia to develop digital learning content.
oPossess good knowledge of SCORM and Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
Business and Learning Needs Analysis:
oFront end brainstorming sessions and project initiation meetings to gather project requirements and document the same.
oPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and identify skills gaps that will be addressed with the digital learning content.
oUse tools such as surveys, focused group discissions, etc. to gather learner needs that will guide and inform the design process.
Project Management:
oManage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
oDevelop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
oProvide regular updates to senior leadership and customer on project status, risks, and opportunities.
oBe the one-point contact for clients and possess excellent communication skills.
oCollaborate with other functional teams as needed to ensure the project goals are met.
oWork with external vendors such as translation companies to coordinate deliveries from them.
Quality Assurance Evaluation:
oConduct peer reviews and ensure that the digital learning products are delivered without errors and are aligned to the project s requirements
oCreate project guidelines and checklists for the projects
oStay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and learning development

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience in Instructional Design.
Proven experience designing and developing a variety of learning content, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles
Experience designing adult learning material.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including leadership, SMEs, and other departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of emerging learning technologies (e.g., VR/AR, AI-driven learning tools)
