Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Dashboard Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying data dashboards, analyzing large-scale datasets, and deriving insights to support decision-making and public service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and reporting solutions to visualize key metrics.
• Map grievance data to relevant government schemes and performance metrics.
• Generate comprehensive reports and maintain up-to-date dashboards.
• Provide ongoing analysis and insights for policymaking and service optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in at least 2 projects involving the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
• At least 1 project involving the analysis of large-scale datasets for policymaking or service improvements.
• Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data analytics programming (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public sector data and government schemes is a plus.
