Role & responsibilities

Key purpose of the job: To assist in efficient functioning of the company from the point of view of providing facilities and equipment to enable employees to work efficiently and effectively.

• Provide Employee benefits as per entitlement
• Housekeeping & Facility Management
• Office Supplies
• Coordination of day-to-day requirements to enable office work
• Organize events and activities as per annual calendar
• To exercise control over administrative expenses
• Overview timely payment to all vendors
• Ensuring Labor Compliance for the outsourced staff
• To supervise energy consumption and find out means to reduce energy consumption
• To streamline housekeeping services in terms of quality and cost reduction in activities
• To ensure food quality served in the cafeteria
• To coordinate with security contractors to provide quality manpower
• To support in organizing events of the company within approved budgets
• To ensure a comfortable, healthy hygienic atmosphere in the office
• To oversee smooth relocation of any employee
• Hiring & managing contract office boys and cleaners
• Maintaining housekeeping staff/ security.
• Booking of Car/Transport and Vendors.
• Processing of Bills
• PO/SES
• Preparing MIS
• Processing Car Fuel/Mobile Bills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 5 years plus of experience
• Diploma/Degree in Management
• Familiarity with real estate or construction sector desirable
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
