Role Overview:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to US clients by resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide 1st/2nd line technical support via phone, email, or chat to US clients
🔹 Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of IT issues, including DNS, WINS, DHCP, software, hardware, and network problems
🔹 Log, track, and escalate incidents to appropriate teams when necessary
🔹 Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely resolution for all service requests
🔹 Maintain and update knowledge base articles to enhance service delivery
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
🔹 Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
✔️ Experienced candidates with 1-3 years in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles
✔️ Strong technical troubleshooting skills (including DNS, WINS, DHCP, hardware, software, and network issues)
✔️ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
✔️ Ability to handle US-based clients with professionalism and efficiency
✔️ Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
✔️ Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
✔️ Ability to work in US shifts (night shifts may apply) 🌙
