We are looking for a motivated and experienced Agency Sales Associate/Manager to lead and develop our network of insurance agents. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of insurance agents while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our insurance products and fostering strong relationships with agents and clients to drive growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• experience in insurance sales, with a focus on agency management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build strong client and agent relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in agency recruitment and training.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and marketing techniques.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
