The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
You will have 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and sales processes.
