Job Summary:

As a Software Team Lead at Tricon, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. Your role will involve both technical leadership and people management, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of software developers.

o Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.

o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

2. Project Management:

o Plan, coordinate, and oversee software development projects from inception to completion.

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

o Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

3. Technical Leadership:

o Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.

o Review and approve code, ensuring it meets quality standards and best practices.

o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

4. Software Development:

o Participate in coding, debugging, and testing as needed.

o Contribute to the architecture and design of software solutions.

o Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

5. Communication:

o Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments.

o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

o Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in

o MEAN/MERN/Java Fullstack, AWS, Testing tools, CI/CD tools

• Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific software or technologies].

• Certifications in [relevant certifications, such as PMP, Scrum Master, etc.].

• Knowledge of [any additional skills or knowledge that would be beneficial].
