Senior Maintenance Executive

We have exciting opportunity for "Sr Executive Maintenance" with our organization.

Role & responsibilities

-Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

-Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, repairs and utility maintenance

-Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

-Monitor equipment performance metrics and develop improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.

-Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.

-Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and spare parts.

-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions

-New stores opening experience (maintenance & projects)will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Gems & Jewellery ./ Retail industry
