As a Linux Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for our Linux-based systems and infrastructure
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Linux operating systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities to assist our clients in resolving technical issues
Responsibilities:Linux Systems Support:Provide expert-level technical support for Linux-based systems and infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to server performance, network connectivity, and system configuration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution
Customer Interaction:Communicate with clients to understand and diagnose technical issues
Provide clear and concise instructions to clients for issue resolution or escalate to higher-level support when necessary

System Monitoring and Maintenance:Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and security enhancements
Contribute to the development and improvement of system monitoring tools and processes
Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures
Contribute to the knowledge base and create user-friendly documentation for clients and internal teams
Collaboration:Work closely with other support engineers, system administrators, and developers to address complex technical challenges
Provide feedback on recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Stay Current with Technology:Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Linux system administration
