About Department

The Human Resources department enables TresVista's people across departments to catalyze our clients' impact. The department is responsible for managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing & reviewing Compensation & Benefits strategies for the organization
• Discussing offers and compensation with the candidates
• Staying abreast with market trends in relation with compensation patterns and suggesting implementation of the same in the organization
• Continuously monitoring, developing, and improving the performance appraisal process
• Designing, managing & reviewing Compensation & Review cycle for all employees that would include processing promotions, increments & variable pay
• Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies and identifying policy gaps and creating new policies

Prerequisites

• Commitment and ownership
• Strong analytical ability
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Any Graduate/Any MBA Fresher
