Sourcing Manager ( Sales) - For Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

We are looking out for an experienced Sourcing Manager to source potential leads for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will drive site sales, prepare reports to optimize strategies and develop tailored plans accordingly.

Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents are in place.

Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments and authorities to get deeper product knowledge.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and business progress for tracking and analysis in the ERP.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be in the age bracket (28 years to 35 years) proactive, results-driven with a focus on targets.

5+ years proven experience in sales/sourcing, strictly in real estate.
