Position Overview: The position requires a highly skilled and experienced candidate with expertise in shuttering to join our dynamic team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of quantities and costs related with shuttering work, hence contributing to the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements, ensuring accuracy.
• Responsible for scheduling & planning of purchase of each material in specific quantities.
• Verify the quantity of materials present in the BoQ.
• Compare the designs, drawings against BoQ on behalf of the developers.
• Raise request for quantity of the materials required to the purchase manager.
• Soft copy of all the reports to be generated.
• Verify if the quantity of materials used on site is in line with the bills.
• Reverify the purchased quantity against the bills.
• Identify risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on shuttering works within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing quantities and costs for shuttering activities on large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
