Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Science Senior Manager for our Bangalore office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science and will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists to deliver advanced analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of data scientists to deliver advanced analytics solutions.
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Define and execute the data strategy for the organization, including data collection, management, and governance.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
- Ensure the rigorous application of information security/information policies, principles, and practices to the delivery of data science services.

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in the field of data science.
- Strong knowledge in SQL, Python, Pyspark, and basics of Deep Learning.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and basics of Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in data pre-processing, supervised machine learning, exploratory data analysis, unsupervised machine learning.
- Expertise in model fine-tuning, model pre-training, forecasting algorithms, transformers, ensemble models, causal approaches, lang chain, and transformer models.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Experience in working with and creating data architectures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Master s degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other quantitative field.
