Role & responsibilities
An administration officer is responsible for assisting APAC teams with administration-based tasks. These tasks will mostly be computer-based and will typically involve (but not limited to):
Data Entry, File Uploading, Maintaining Excel Registers, email/Communicating issues, following work instructions).
There is a high degree of precision and task execution required for this role.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Data Upload into Local Ascend Servers 60%
2. Reconciliation of Data in Local Ascend Servers – 40%
