Senior Mobile Developer II - Flutter (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We at Treint Business are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Development Engineer II specializing in Flutter to join our dynamic team.

As an SDE II, you will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications that bring intuitive user experiences and robust performance to our products. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to build scalable mobile solutions that will delight our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement : Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.

- Technical Leadership : Provide architectural and design guidance to enhance the scalability and performance of mobile applications.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices for mobile development, ensuring security and performance optimization.

- Problem Solving : Analyze and resolve technical challenges across the entire mobile app lifecycle, from development to deployment and beyond.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality codebase.

- Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Flutter.

- Skills : Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK, with experience in building production-level applications for both iOS and Android.

- Mobile Technologies : Familiarity with native mobile frameworks (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java) is a plus.

- APIs & Integration : Strong experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and other backend services.

- Architecture Patterns : Proficiency in modern architectural patterns, such as MVVM, BLoC, and Provider for state management.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git, including branching, merging, and code review best practices.

- Agile Development : Experience working in an agile environment with familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with additional mobile and web technologies, such as React Native or SwiftUI.

- Prior experience in performance optimization and memory management for mobile apps.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks for Flutter (e.g., Codemagic, Appium, and Widget Testing).

- A strong portfolio of previously launched applications on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
