Position: CBSE Coordinator

• Ensure the smooth implementation of the CBSE curriculum as per the prescribed guidelines.
• Develop, review, and update lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
• Monitor syllabus coverage, lesson planning, and instructional delivery.
• Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee internal and external assessments, including periodic tests and board exams.
• Ensure proper implementation of CBSE-prescribed evaluation patterns, marking schemes, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with teachers to analyze student performance and implement remedial measures.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, regulations, and affiliation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of CBSE-related documents, reports, and circulars.
• Liaise with CBSE authorities regarding policy updates, affiliation processes, and exam regulations.
• Address academic concerns of parents and provide timely updates on student progress.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings, orientation sessions, and workshops.
• Collaborate with school leadership to improve overall academic performance and student engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating CBSE board examinations.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 and its impact on CBSE curriculum changes.
• Certification in educational leadership or school administration is an added advantage.
