Position: Principal / Vice Principal (CBSE High School)

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CBSE curriculum in alignment with the schools mission and vision.
• Ensure that academic standards are maintained and students meet or exceed expectations in board examinations.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of students and implement interventions for academic improvement.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, policies, and mandatory requirements.
• Handle all documentation and communication related to CBSE affiliation, inspections, and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with the school leadership team for strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate student records, attendance, and staff performance reports.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high professional standards.
• Conduct regular observations, provide feedback, and implement staff appraisal systems.
• Organize professional development programs and workshops for teachers.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive culture among staff.
• Implement policies and programs to address student discipline, counseling, and special needs.
• Organize extracurricular and co-curricular activities to provide holistic development opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress, policies, and school activities.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings, orientation sessions, and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with the school community to foster trust and collaboration.
• Represent the school at community events, CBSE forums, and education conferences.
• Stay updated with CBSE regulations, educational trends, and best practices to drive innovation in the school.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Principal or Vice Principal) in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong track record of achieving academic excellence and improving school performance.
