Job Description: HRT - EYP

• Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring it meets the developmental needs of students.
• Integrate innovative and age-appropriate teaching strategies into the curriculum.
• Ensure alignment with the school's educational philosophy and standards.
• Conduct regular classroom observations to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for growth.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Ensure personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs.
• Promote child-centered approaches that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and emotional development.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents to provide updates on student progress and address concerns.
• Collaborate with other school departments to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in teaching practices.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early years teaching.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
