Position: Students Service

• Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding queries, grievances, and support services.
• Ensure timely resolution of parents / student grievances in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Handle logistics, communication, and registration for inter-school and intra-school competitions.
• Maintain accurate student records, including admission, attendance, grades, and disciplinary history.
• Support the admission department with student onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to school policies and procedures.
• Serve as the liaison between parents, students, and school management for all student-related matters.
• Manage communication through emails calls and student portals to ensure parents are well-informed.
• Coordinate transportation and cafeteria services for students when required.
• Ensure compliance with the school's rules, regulations, and child safety policies
• Handle works related to BEO, including compliance and submission of required reports/documents.
• Manage SATS records and ensure timely updates.
• Have a solid understanding of CBSE-related administrative processes, such as affiliation requirements, compliance, and examination management.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in student services, education management, or school administration.
• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts and emergencies effectively.
• Empathy and patience while dealing with students and parents.
• Familiarity with CBSE/IB/Cambridge curricula is a plus.
