Job Description
Travel Consultant (Visa Vertical)
(a) Strong knowledge about Gulf countries, Canada, UK, USA & Australia Visa/E-VISAD Rules & Regulation.
(b) Good understanding of the Visa application process, documentation requirements etc.
(c) Excellent English Communication Skills (oral & written both), Well presented & confident
(d) An ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of clients & students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
(e) Process owner for assigned clients and ensure that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process.
(f) Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers.
(g) Liaising with different embassies,VFS global & authorised designated visa agencies as and when required.
(h) Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa
approvals.
