Key Responsibilities:

Primary Skill set Required

🔹 Techno-Commercial Functions:

• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office backup power systems (UPS, DG).
• Manage air purification, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and compliance filings (DG returns, Form B, etc.).
• Guarantee uninterrupted power supply to office and server rooms.
• Ensure 100% power back up is available during power outage scenario

Secondary Skill set

🔹 Vendor Management:

• Engage with new and existing vendors for procurement and contracts.
• Negotiate and renew annual maintenance and rate contracts.
• Evaluate, onboard, and maintain vendor relationships.

🔹 Security Management:

• Oversee physical security, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Ensure timely maintenance and process setup for security infrastructure.
• Maintain security-related records and facilitate audits.

🔹 Asset Management:

• Conduct annual physical verification and tagging of assets.
• Maintain asset records and coordinate disposal with finance for FAR updates.

🔹 General Administration:

• Supervise work area upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of furniture/fixtures.

🔹 Audit & Compliance:

• Represent the administration team in ISO audits and landlord inspections.
• Address queries and close non-compliance (NC) points within timelines.

🔹 MIS & Invoicing:

• Maintain periodic MIS trackers for budget activities.
• Prepare attendance reports and track vendor invoices through the payment cycle.
• Manage monthly administration accrual submissions.

🔹 Project Management:

• Assist in executing office refurbishments, new meeting room setups, and equipment replacements (CCTV, fire safety, HVAC).

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Facilities & Administration.
✔ Strong expertise in managing the electromechanical/ techno-commercial functions.
✔ Hands-on experience in handling office power systems, HVAC, and fire safety.
✔ Proven track record in audits, compliance, and project management.
✔ Ability to multitask and provide backup support for transport & general administration teams.
