Banking Process Management:

• Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling in compliance with organizational policies and banking regulations.
• Sales Reconciliation:
• Reconcile daily sales with banking deposits and reports.
• Verify and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions.
• Daily Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain the Daily Sales Report (DSR) for review and analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Tender Reporting:
• Handle and reconcile tender reports across various payment modes (cash, card, UPI, etc.).
• Petty Cash Management:
• Maintain and record petty cash transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely replenishment.
• EDC Machine Handling:
• Resolve Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine-related issues promptly.
• Log and follow up on complaints with the service provider until resolution.
• Software and Tools Proficiency:
• Utilize Navision software for financial and operational tracking.
• Proficiently use Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proven experience in retail operations, with a minimum of [2] years in Retail
