9. Business Reporting: Develop meaningful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for various levels of the organization.
10. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, presenting recommendations to senior management for potential adoption.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Business Analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
