JOB PURPOSE
The Manager will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. He/ She will manage the accounts payable function, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Statutory Compliances (GST returns i.e.GST3B & GSTR1, tax audit, transfer pricing, SFT filing, Master filing etc.)
2. Income Tax Related Work (Filing of Return, Preparing Working for Assessments & all income tax compliances)
3. Oversee the preparation of financial statement like Balance sheet & profit & Loss, Finalization of Accounts & handle all types of Audit and to resolve observations highlighted by auditor
4. To prepare and provide data for MCA related compliance i.e. XBRL, DPT-3, FLA etc
5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Tax regulations, and internal policies
6. Fund Flow management and banking activities
7. Prepare & present financial reports to senior management and provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
8. Monitor and report key financial metrics
9. Keeping Track on Monthly Principal & Interest payment. Ensuring timely payment of vendors, staff etc Monitor and manage Cash flow.
10. Segmental finalizations and RPT reconciliation and reporting.
11. Ensure auditors findings and recommendations are implemented.
12. Revenue and Cost Accounting and monthly MIR reporting.
13. Managing budgeting process and monitor budget performance by providing variance analysis of Budget V/s Actual to Finance head
14. Monitoring Accounts payable report by ensuring correct data entry and timely rectification of entries for correct AP ageing
15. Ensure all Recommendation & Implementation are done before next audit commence. Job wise cost accounting.
16. To prepare presentation for Audit Committee Meeting and Board meeting
17. Working closely with IT team for development of digital tools for introdution automation
Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the management from time to time.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Accounts finalization within due period and make sure all the findings and gaps are properly handled
2. Tax audit & Statutory audits and all other compliances completed as per due date
3. Accuracy of Books of accounts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification(s): CA
Prior Experience: 10 years in finance and accounts
Skills & Personal Attributes
Developed financial management/accounting skills are essential, Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and auditing are preferred
