Safety Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards, risks, or non-compliance with safety standards.
Risk Assessments: Performing risk assessments to evaluate potential dangers, assess their severity, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Safety Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing safety policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with local laws and regulations. Ensuring that employees are aware of and trained in these policies.
Training and Education: Providing safety training programs and sessions for employees to raise awareness about safety measures, emergency procedures, and proper equipment usage.
Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, incidents, or near-misses to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Safety Equipment and Tools: Recommending, evaluating, and ensuring the proper use of safety equipment, protective gear, and tools required to maintain a safe working environment.
Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated with health and safety regulations and ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws and standards.
Emergency Preparedness: Developing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and ensuring that all personnel are trained to respond appropriately in case of emergencies.

 

Degree in engineer with 2 Years Experience in construction. With valid STC card
OR
Diploma in engineer with 3 Years construction experience, able to communicate effectively in local language or Hindi Note: Candidate having diploma in industrial safety in addition to above qualification experience will be prefered.
