Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple digital marketing clients, prioritizing deliverables, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive measurable results while maintaining strong client relationships.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 8-12 digital marketing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and performance updates.
  • Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with clients to define objectives, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and align with client goals.
Team Collaboration & Task Management:
  • Coordinate with SEO executives, content writers, social media managers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage workflows to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a collaborative work environment.
  • Address challenges such as budget constraints, missed deadlines, or overlapping client campaigns.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client expectations and maximize resources.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks in client projects.
Lead Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation and drive revenue growth for the agency.
  • Build and execute multi-channel strategies to meet client acquisition goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital marketing account manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
