Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities (Field Work) Male candidates only

• Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication.
• Daily working process review and discussion
• Developing and executing strategies for marketing and customer relations activities
• Planning and coordinating the penetration of new Client.
• Client Co-Ordination
• The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.

Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.

Note: This is an operational role and does not involve technical- IT based work.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum Graduation (preferably in Electronics & Communication) .

2. ITI (Electrical/ Electronic & Telecommunication)

3. Should have effective communication skills and self-starter in nature.
