Workday HR Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Consultant to mentor and support our candidate in achieving proficiency in key areas of Workday functionality and data analysis. This role is ideal for a consultant who is experienced, collaborative, and enjoys guiding others through complex Workday processes.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Impact Assessment: Guide the candidate in gathering and analyzing data within Workday to understand how configuration changes impact company costs, employee plans, and individual annual pay.
• Reporting and Data Export: Assist with creating comprehensive reports in Workday, and exporting data to Excel for further manipulation and analysis.
• Product Analysis: Offer insights on Product Analyst tasks, including:
• Requirements Gathering: Support documenting requirements for various stakeholders.
• Testing and Validation: Ensure the accuracy of configurations and data.
• Stakeholder Support: Assist both technical and business stakeholders in understanding Workday functionality.
• Configuration and Data Management: Provide hands-on guidance on configuring Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, and other Workday functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Workday Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Workday configuration, data analysis, and reporting.
• Product Management Skills: Prior experience with product management is preferred but not required.
• Communication and Independence: Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and engage with technical and business stakeholders.
