Job Description
EXPERIENCE- 1 to 7 years DEPARTMENT- Software Development Center (SDC)
LOCATION- Delhi/NCR
JOB DESCRIPTION - Passion and love for coding and software development (no wannabe managers need to apply since we anyway maintain a flat management structure and remuneration and rewards are based on performance and merit)
- VERY IMPORTANT: Good team skills, enthusiastic about the open source community, and aware of the latest technology trends.
- Modesty is paramount. We believe in learning from one another, irrespective of experience levels.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms and Operating Systems, primarily)
- Understanding of building blocks and basic fundamentals of web and scale (Web Servers, Caching, etc.)
- MUST have 1+ years of experience working with web scale backends in Python, NodeJS, Ruby
- Experience with our primary OS platform(s) - *NIX
- Must have 1+ years of experience working on SQL DB and also knowledge of NoSQL DB
- Great problem solving and logical skills, adaptable
- Passion to learn and execute with perfection
- Should have solid hands-on experience with one or more web frameworks - Django (1st preference), Flask, OpenERP, Ruby, Python or NodeJS
- Relevant programming experience - Databases, Algorithms
- Passion and experience counts for more than the degree, so educational qualifications are not very important
