Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving stock broking issues.
- Assist with trading accounts, transactions, and related services.
- Offer guidance on stock market operations and trading processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for prompt service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in financial services or stock broking.
- Strong knowledge of the stock market and trading processes.
- Proficiency in Malayalam/ Kannada/ Marathi is mandatory along with English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Fresher is also welcome
