Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead strategic initiatives and drive growth across core businesses: Infrastructure, Power, and Renewable Energy. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in strategy consulting and deep expertise in industrial and energy sectors to shape the company's long-term direction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the corporate strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify and assess new market opportunities and industry trends to ensure sustained growth.

Project Oversight:

- Lead and deliver high-impact projects in Infrastructure, Energy, Renewable Energy, and Manufacturing domains.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformative initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board of directors.

- Build partnerships with industry leaders, investors, and key stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:

- Drive operational efficiencies and cost-optimization strategies.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure the success of strategic initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Professional Experience:

- 12-17 years of experience, preferably from top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or AT Kearney.

- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in Energy, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing.

Industry Exposure:

- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Industrial, Energy, Mining, or Manufacturing sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Educational Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
