Job Description

Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (U.S.-Based Hospitals)


Job Location: [Remote]
Reports to: Recruitment Manager/Director


Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will source, screen, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals for U.S.-based hospitals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven approach, and familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Source, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals to meet client staffing needs.
    • Leverage online platforms, job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events to identify top talent.
  2. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and compatibility with hospital requirements.
    • Verify professional credentials, licenses, and certifications in compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
    • Serve as a liaison between candidates and hospital clients, ensuring clear communication of job expectations and benefits.
  4. Process Coordination:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
    • Ensure timely onboarding, including coordination of visa processing (if applicable) and credentialing.
  5. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
    • Stay updated on U.S. healthcare employment regulations, immigration processes, and state licensing requirements.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hospital HR teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate placement.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ Years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing for U.S.-based organizations.
    • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles, licensing processes, and recruitment challenges.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
    • Knowledge of immigration and visa processes (H-1B, EB-3, etc.) is a plus.
