Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on attracting students for various overseas educational programs.
Understand target markets across different regions and tailor marketing campaigns to meet the needs of prospective international students.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving digital marketing tactics.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize spend, targeting, and content.
SEO and Website Management:
Optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO to ensure top search engine rankings for relevant keywords related to overseas education.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience.
Ensure all web content is aligned with the brands messaging and objectives.
Social Media Strategy:
Create and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Produce engaging content, such as videos, blogs, and infographics, to promote international education opportunities.
Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement, and build a community of prospective students.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with content creators to produce educational and engaging content such as blogs, articles, success stories, case studies, and newsletters.
Oversee content publication and ensure it aligns with the interests of students pursuing overseas education.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Drive lead generation initiatives using a mix of digital channels, ensuring a steady stream of inquiries for counseling and admissions.
Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize lead-to-student conversion.
Use CRM tools to track leads, student inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze digital marketing data (via Google Analytics, social media insights, email performance) to measure and report on campaign performance.
Provide regular reports to management on KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Utilize data to generate insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies and campaigns.
Brand Development and Online Reputation:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
Manage the online reputation of the company by addressing reviews, feedback, and questions on digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
