We are seeking a Sales Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP

As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia

This is a full-time position located in Nakodar, Punjab, India

The ideal candidate for this role should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent sales management, counselling, interpersonal, and communication skills

Familiarity with IELTS will be an added advantage.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent sales management and negotiation skills.

Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

Familiarity with IELTS and study abroad programs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Roles And Responsibilities

Providing expert guidance and counselling to individuals interested in studying in Canada and Australia.

Identifying the needs and preferences of prospective students and offering suitable program options.

Assisting students with the application process, including visa applications and documentation.

Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and their parents/guardians.

Conducting sales presentations and effectively promoting our educational consulting services.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education industry.

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of student enrollments.
