We are seeking a Visa Expert with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP
As a Visa Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to study in Australia
This is a full-time position located in Rajpura, Punjab, India
Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in visa and immigration consultancy
In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures and requirements for Canada and Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English and Punjabi
Roles And Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia
Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation
Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations
Coordinate with universities and colleges to ensure smooth processing of applications
Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients throughout the visa application process
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and visa applications
