  • Job Overview. Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Counselor with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position located in Mansa, Punjab, India. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our network of branches across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Passionate about international education and helping students achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of study abroad processes, admission requirements, and visa procedures is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or counseling is preferred.
  • Roles And Responsibilities. Provide expert guidance and counseling to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
  • Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to prospective students and their parents/guardians.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up on leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other key stakeholders in the education industry.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education and immigration policies.
  • Contribute to team targets and actively participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students throughout their academic journey
