Responsible for KYC Verification, Address Verification, Profile Verification, Documents Pickup, DC Verification, Cashless and Reimbursement, Spot Claim verification, Discrete verification, Background checks,Responsibilities:

KYC Verification: Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations by verifying customer identity and financial information.
Address Verification: Validate customer addresses to prevent fraud and ensure accurate communication.
Profile Verification: Verify customer profiles for accuracy and completeness.
Document Pickup: Collect required documents from customers or third-party providers.
DC Verification: Verify documents related to Direct Credit (DC) transactions.
Cashless and Reimbursement: Process cashless transactions and reimbursement claims.
Spot Claim Verification: Verify spot claims to ensure accuracy and eligibility.
Discrete Verification: Conduct discrete checks to verify information without alerting the customer.
Background Checks: Perform background checks on individuals or businesses as required.
