Job Description
- Handling enquires received from all the agents and customers, punching in the system, arranging offer to the customers and agents.
- Once rates are offered, follow up for all enquiries and customers feedback.
- Negotiating with Pricing team and try to match customers requirements and confirming the Business.
- Reaching the target and make sure that every month good volume confirmed shipments are received.
- Generating Freight Certificates, arranging for the FCS if on Collect basis and follow up for the payments from the customers.
- Handling nominations for the shipments received from the Domestic desks or from the other sectors
- Ensuring Prompt services to customers/overseas agent and overall, try to Grab Business and reach Monthly volume Target.
