We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Confluent Kafka Developer.

The Senior Confluent Kafka Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Kafka solutions for our clients.

This individual will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and will be responsible for designing and implementing Kafka solutions that meet those needs.

Key responsibilities for this role include :

- Designing and developing Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups

- Implementing and maintaining Kafka connectors for various data sources and sinks

- Optimizing Kafka performance and scalability

- Troubleshooting and resolving Kafka-related issues

- Working with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka solutions with other systems and applications

- Providing technical guidance and support to junior members of the team

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Kafka development and architecture, as well as experience working with Confluent Platform.

In addition, the candidate should have experience working with large-scale, distributed systems and be familiar with best practices for designing and implementing Kafka solutions.

Other qualifications for this role include :

- 5+ years of experience working with Kafka and related technologies

- Strong programming skills, with experience in Java, Scala, or Python

- Experience with streaming data platforms and technologies, such as Apache Flink, Apache Spark, or Apache NiFi

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
