Full-Time Guitarist & Video Lesson Instructor

Introduction:

Torrins is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Full-Time Guitarist & Video Lesson Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging, high-quality video guitar lessons in English for a global audience. You will cover a wide range of topics, from beginner to advanced guitar techniques, music theory, and popular songs across various genres. Were looking for an individual who excels both as a guitarist and as a communicator, able to break down complex musical concepts into clear, digestible lessons for learners at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Video Lessons: Record high-quality, engaging guitar lessons in English. These lessons will cover beginner to advanced guitar techniques, theory, and popular songs in various genres.

- Content Development: Collaborate with the Torrins content team to develop course outlines, lesson plans, and scripts, ensuring the content is educational, accessible, and appealing to learners of all skill levels.

- Deliver Training: Dedicate a portion of time to conduct in-person guitar training at the Torrins office in Gurgaon, helping to enhance the skills of both students and fellow instructors.

- Maintain Engagement: Stay updated with the latest trends in the music world and guitar techniques to keep content fresh and relevant. Engage with the global audience by responding to comments and questions on lessons and other platforms.

- Technical Proficiency: Ensure all recordings are of the highest audio and video quality. Work closely with the production team to improve content delivery, format, and presentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven Guitar Expertise: Strong proficiency in guitar, with a deep understanding of various techniques, styles, and genres (rock, jazz, blues, classical, pop, etc.).

- Experience in Teaching: Prior experience in creating educational content or teaching guitar is highly preferred. The ability to break down complex concepts for learners is a must.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain musical concepts in clear, concise, and engaging language. You should be confident in front of a camera and able to present lessons in a friendly, approachable manner.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with video production tools, online teaching platforms, and basic editing software.

- Passionate about Music Education: A love for teaching and helping others progress in their musical journey.

- Multitasking: Capable of managing various aspects of video production, content creation, and in-person teaching efficiently.

- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon, India for in-office training sessions.
