Responsibilities: As the Program Delivery Manager for music and related activities at TORRINS, your primary responsibilities include:

1. School and Instructor Management:

• Act as an expert music consultant for schools, ensuring the delivery of quality music curriculum and the placement of competent instructors.
• Support and mentor instructors to enhance their musicianship and teaching skills.
• Manage and resolve any instructor, client, or school-related issues that may arise.
• Oversee the setup of new schools and ensure high-quality standards during the initial setup process.
• Step in to teach when a teammate is absent and no substitute is available. Managing leaves of instructors efficiently.
• Achieve total client (Designated Schools) satisfaction and meet their expectations.

2. Talent Acquisition:

• Spearhead student and other talent acquisition efforts for the Battle of the Bands (BOB) and regional competitions.
• Collaborate with other managers to organize local, regional, and final competitions and events.
• Encourage school participation in quarterly, semi-annual, and annual TORRINS hosted events.

3. Curriculum Management:

• Work with the curriculum team to identify and implement necessary changes and improvements on a regular basis.
• Ensure the effective implementation of TORRINS' quality standards and curriculum in your designated region.
• Using TORRINS software to daily monitor and oversee the schools and faculties across designated schools.

4. Networking and Exposure:

• Foster collaboration and networking opportunities for music-related projects and talent acquisition.
• Assist guest talent for exposure to next-level career experiences.

5. Grievance Handling:

• Address internal and external grievances that may arise, coordinating with the National Heads and Directors/Internal Committee.
• Document complaints with appropriate forms and ensure adherence to applicable laws and rules.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Proactively coordinate with other managers and directors to ensure efficient operations and performance within TORRINS.
• Minimize reactive behaviour and prioritize following the hierarchy to address issues and concerns.
