Data Center Engineer - VOD Platform (On-Premise Servers, Storage,Cloud

We are looking for a Data Center Engineer to manage both on-premise servers and storage, as well as cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) for our Video On Demand (VOD) platform. Youll work with HPE Linux servers, large-scale storage systems (RAID, NAS, SAN, DAS), networking equipment (routers, switches), and cloud environments. This role is key in maintaining high performance, security, and scalability across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience with on-premise HPE Linux servers, storage (RAID, NAS, SAN, DAS), and networking (routers, switches).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, including managing infrastructure and cloud resources.
• Server & Storage Management:
• Configure and maintain HPE Linux servers (on-premise).
• Manage RAID, NAS, SAN, and DAS storage systems.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity.
• Cloud Infrastructure:
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure in AWS and GCP environments.
• Deploy and configure cloud resources to integrate with on-premise infrastructure.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Network Management:
• Set up and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls (on-premise and in the cloud).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Infrastructure Support:
• Provide troubleshooting support for servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies across both on-premise and cloud platforms.
• Security & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to security policies for both on-premise and cloud systems.
• Keep systems up-to-date with security patches and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science or related field.
