Job Description

- Responsibilities:Test Planning:Develop test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements
- Test Execution:Execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of healthcare software
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features
- Compliance Verification:Ensure healthcare software applications comply with industry standards and regulations (eg, HIPAA, HL7)
- Verify that security and privacy measures are implemented effectively
- Bug Tracking:Identify, document, and track defects in the software
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify bug fixes
- Test Automation:Develop and implement automated test scripts to streamline testing processes
- Utilize test automation tools for efficient and repeatable testing
- Performance Testing:Conduct performance testing to assess the scalability and responsiveness of healthcare applications
- Analyze and report performance test results
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and test cases
- Provide clear and detailed reports on testing activities and results
