About Toffee Doodle
Toffee Doodle is Indias first premium pudding brand, established in 2017 by Chef Viraj Hede,
Sameera Bhat, and Sanit Amilineni. We specialize in offering a range of creamy puddings
crafted from whole milk, pure milk cream, butter, and the finest chocolates. Our puddings are
100% vegetarian, made with no eggs, gelatin, preservatives, or chemicals, ensuring a 12-month
shelf life without the need for refrigeration. Currently, we offer four signature flavorsCreme
Caramel, Brigadeiro Chocolate, BulBul Kulfi, and Silky Mocha Coffee—and cater to customers
across India. As we expand, we are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to
help us penetrate deeper into the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) sector, ensuring that Toffee
Doodle's range of premium desserts reaches restaurant menus across the country.


Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Database Generation: Analyze regional markets to understand
demand, identify trends, and create a database of potential restaurant clients.
Restaurant Onboarding: Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new restaurants
into the Toffee Doodle network, ensuring a seamless transition into offering our premium
desserts.
Product Awareness: Conduct meetings and presentations with restaurant owners and
chefs to showcase the Toffee Doodle concept, emphasizing the quality, shelf life, and
uniqueness of our desserts.
Distributor Management: Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure smooth supply
chain operations, timely deliveries, and optimal product availability across all regions.
Order Management: Take and manage daily orders from restaurant clients, ensuring
distributors execute deliveries efficiently and on time.
Branding & Collaterals: Develop innovative branding strategies, oversee the design
and implementation of branding assets across restaurant outlets, and manage
point-of-sale collaterals.
Payment & Order Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and orders
between the company, clients, and distributors.
Sales & Marketing: Explore and implement new ideas to drive sales, boost brand
visibility, and enhance market penetration.
Staff Training: Conduct training sessions to educate restaurant staff on Toffee Doodle’s
products, fostering awareness and enthusiasm for our brand.


Preferred Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) industry
is a must.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in regional languages including Kannada & Telugu for
the Bengaluru and Hyderabad region, and Konkani for Goa.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets to manage databases and
reports.
Sales Acumen: A proven track record in sales, client onboarding, and managing key
accounts within the hospitality sector.
