Role & responsibilities
Job description :
1. Provide 24*7 Live Chat, Whatsapp Support to all customers visiting our website TEP.COM & FT.IN
2. All Hot Leads needs to be outcalled immediately (Backlogs to be closed next day)
3. All missed chat, blocked chat & callback to be reached out asap
4. Chat response time needs to be 20 sec
5. Agents should have an Engaging Conversation with customer by being polite & share clear information
6. All chats need to be Tagged during the course of conversation
7. All chats need to be closed in Salesforce with proper resolution text
8. Service-related chats need to be discussed with other business stakeholders & resolution to be given within agreed time
9. All agents need to ensure DSAT/CSAT should be within given Target
10. All agents should be available during Peak Hours of Traffic
Note: This is contractual position under third party pay-roll
